Bill de Dufour, Director Technical Sales, Absolute Software
Bill is responsible for managing the Technical Sales teams for the North American and European markets. These teams are the technical trusted advisors to our existing and prospective customers for all of Absolute Software’s product lines. Bill brings more than 20 years technical sales experience, and 7 years of public sector technical implementation and management experience.
Prior to joining Absolute Software, he was the Director of Network System for Austin ISD in Texas. In this role, he was responsible for the management and strategic direction for WAN, Telecom, Server, Desktop, and Enterprise Systems. Prior to Austin ISD, Bill was the Technical Sales Manager for IKON Office Solutions in Washington DC, responsible for the pre and post sales systems integration of high-end digital color printing systems, digital content creation, and workflow management systems. Bill graduated from The College of William and Mary where he received his MBA.
Patrick Longo, Senior Systems Engineer, Absolute Software
After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Patrick has over twenty years experience providing Technical Sales for cross platform enterprise management solutions for Helpdesk and IT. Working at Netopia, Motorola and now Absolute Software, he has been responsible for providing the technical expertise to the sales teams for these management solutions.
