Payment Methods:
You may register online with any major credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express), check or Penn State IDCC. We prefer a credit card payment.

If paying by IDCC – Please submit IDCC directly to (Paula Harpster, Penn State IT Financial Services).

If paying by check – Make checks payable to “The Pennsylvania State University.” Please send your remittance to:

Please include the attendee’s name and confirmation number on the memo line of the check.

Payment Due Date:
All payments must be received within 2 weeks of registering or June 23, 2020, whichever occurs earlier. If we do not receive payment by this deadline, your registration will be canceled and you will be denied access to the conference.

We know things happen that may prevent you from joining us. You may cancel your registration via the registration link above. Be sure to have your confirmation email handy so you can easily locate your confirmation number. Please be aware of our cancellation refund policy below:

  • Cancel by 6/23/2020 for a 100% refund
  • Cancel by 7/7/2020 for a 50% refund
  • Any registration cancelled after 6/24/2019 will not be refunded.
