Conference registration: $500
+ Pre-conference workshop day: $150 (conference registration required)

All payments must be received by Tuesday, June 24, 2014. After that date please call toll-free 877-778-2937 to pay by credit card.
Full refunds for cancellations received on or before June 3, 2014. Cancellations received between June 3 - June 17 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 17.
