This session is a case study of how Matt and Clarence worked to address the issue of creating and updating builds for both existing and new Apple hardware models using the power of packages and Munki.
Matt is an IT Support Engineer at the University of Notre Dame, supporting faculty and staff in the College of Arts & Letters. There he divides his time between end user support, system engineering and enterprise projects. Prior to Notre Dame, Matt worked as a student Mac support tech while obtaining degrees from Purdue University and worked at two industrial manufacturing companies in Houston, TX.
Clarence Helm is an IT Support Consultant in the Office of Information Technologies at the University of Notre Dame. Clarence holds an M.S. in Management Information Technologies from Indiana University. From 2009 to 2012, he did data acquisitions and data management while working on a grant-funded biometrics research project at Notre Dame. He has been in his current post for 10 months.
