Intro to 3D Printing for Mac Admins

Speakers: Anthony Reimer Rob Furr

Level: Fundamental, Lecture

Excerpt: 3D printers are coming down in price and going up in profile. Sooner or later, someone is going to approach you and say, “we want to do 3D printing” at your organization and then tell you, the Mac Admin, that they want you to support it. They are likely to assume it’s as easy as running a laser printer. It isn’t. This session is aimed at giving you some foundational knowledge about 3D printing and provide you with specific resources (including free software and services) to help get you up and running.
