Jennifer Jortner Cassidy – lynda.com (Twitter: @babydogjen)

Jen Jortner Cassidy is a Client Services Manager at lynda.com. As part of the Concierge Services group, she is responsible for ensuring that key corporate and academic clients get the maximum benefit out of lynda.com. Prior to lynda.com, Jen worked for Brainshark, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Consultant focused on managing implementations, conducting training sessions, and providing support to clients in the Healthcare space. In 2007, Jen received a Master’s Degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University. When not focused on work she enjoys yoga, good food, and anything involving the outdoors.

Sydney Bennington – Penn State

Sydney Bennington is a programmer/analyst in Administrative Information Services (AIS), a unit of Information Technology Services at Penn State. She has worked at Penn State since 2004 and joined AIS in 2011. She currently supports the mainframe Integrated Student Information System (ISIS), one of the University’s core enterprise systems, and the web-based eSteward application, which enables staff to effectively manage and steward donor gifts and the endowments and accounts supported by these gifts. She is proficient in the Natural programming language, along with ASP.NET, Visual Basic, C#, HTML, and SQL.

Sydney has two bachelor of art degrees, one in speech communication and one in women’s studies, and recently earned her master’s degree in software engineering, all from Penn State.
