Does the conference registration fee include continental breakfast and lunch for those 3 days?

Yes. If you have additional needs, the Penn Stater will also offer food services during the conference. Visit their Dining page for more information.

How does one get from the University Park Airport to Penn State?

We've linked to a number of options on our accomodations page such as public bus service, rental cars and taxi services. Bus service is $1.50 per trip and taxi service is approximately $20. We also anticipate having a shuttle to the Penn Stater Conference Hotel from the airport.

Why don't the hotel discount codes work for online reservations?

The codes will work online for The Penn Stater Conference Hotel and The Nittany Lion Inn. In order to take advantage of the discount for the Ramada, you must book your hotel over the phone and use the "MacAdmins Conference" discount code.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds for cancellations received on or before April 1st. Cancellations received between April 1st-25th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 25.

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
