Parking:
Parking is provided free of charge at the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel.
Internet:
Wireless will be provided free of charge at the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel.
Hotels:
The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel will be the official event hotel. It's onsite in the same building complex as the conference and highly recommended for all conference attendees and speakers.
In order to receive the room discount you will need to use the group code directly on the websites of the Penn Stater and the Nittany Lion, which will be in your registration confirmation email. For the Ramada you will need to call the Ramada to get the room discount.
NOTE: Due to the Penn State Spring Commencement ceremonies taking place beginning Saturday, May 5, there are very few hotel rooms available in town for the night of May 4 - the night after the conference ends. The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel and the Nittany Lion Inn are completely sold out for the night of the 4th, and there is a waiting list. Please book your travel plans accordingly!

Public Transit:
CATA Bus
CATABUS Community Service (formerly Centre Line) consists of 17 different community bus routes which provide service between Downtown State College, the Penn State Campus, the borough of Bellefonte, the village of Pleasant Gap, suburban shopping centers, apartment complexes, residential areas, governmental offices, and many other special points of interest.

Airports:
Penn State has a regional airport located minutes away from campus, the University Park Airport. The airport code is "SCE".
CATA provides bus service from the airport to and from campus and downtown State College.
Information on taxi and rental service can be found at the University Park Airport's Taxis and Shuttles or car rentals page.
The Penn Stater also offers a free schedule from the Airport to the Conference Hotel. If you would like to schedule a pickup from the Airport, please contact the Penn Stater a few days in advance at 814-863-5000.
